Applications Safetron with its premium surface qualities bright finish (Ra = 0,40μm) and electropolished (Ra = 0,25μm) is primariliy used in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries for WFI, serums and parenteral drugs. This surface finish guarantees shorter cleaning and sterilisation times. If corrosive media shall be used, safetron can also be delivered in the qualitiy UNS N08904 (904L)/1.4539. |

![]() Tuf-Flex gaskets combine the characteristics of EPDM with PTFE. The surface of the gasket, which comes into contact with the media, consists of PTFE. The inner core is made of EPDM. This totally bonded construction provides cleanliness, strength and a high flexibility. Dimensions: only Imperial ½" to 4" (12.70 mm to 101.40 mm) Applications Tuf-Flex was designed to meet the requirements of the biotechnological and pharmaceutical industries. They are used to generate HPW (High Purity Water), WFI (Water for Injection) and for all aseptic production processes. These gaskets thus combine the excellent anti-stick characteristics of EPDM with the high flexibility of PTFE. There is no risk of a medium contamination by pigments. |
![]() Ultron - electropolished, quality controlled and packed in the cleanroom - offers optimum safety for the transport of UHP gases in the semiconductor industry. The tube programme is completed by the Dockweiler fitting system (elbows, t-pieces, reducers, endcaps).
Applications Ultron is - in regard to ultra pure gases - the product of choice for the semiconductor industry, especially for the microchip production. But it is also used in related industries such as LED, LCD or TFT. Applications The technical specifications involved are lower in this respect than the premium-quality requirements of the Ultron brand. This stems from the fact that although these pipe systems are used in a clean environment and also for the transport of gases in an ultra-pure state, they are often also employed locally in such applications as the construction of gas cabinets, where only their inner surfaces need to meet the highest purity requirements.
