Dockweiler developed safetron as a complete programme for stainless steel tubes and fittings especially for the production and the transport of sensitive media. With its high quality surfaces and controlled weldability safetron fulfils the highest demands.

Applications
Safetron with its premium surface qualities bright finish (Ra = 0,40μm) and electropolished (Ra = 0,25μm) is primariliy used in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries for WFI, serums and parenteral drugs. This surface finish guarantees shorter cleaning and sterilisation times. If corrosive media shall be used, safetron can also be delivered in the qualitiy UNS N08904 (904L)/1.4539.
The Cost-Effective Allrounder
The welded stainless steel tube system, with a smoothed weld bead, available with surfaces in bright finish, anodic clean and electropolished, has developed to a widely popular product. Weldtron is used in the production of fluids and solids.

Applications
Weldtron can be used in all production processes in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical as well as in the cosmetics and food industries.
The narrow tolerances and the tested good welding properties guarantee a quick and easy installation. So you save both, time and money. Dockweiler offers connections in accordance with the specification of tubes and fittings, as e.g. the clamp connection according to DIN 32676 and the aseptic connection according to DIN 11864. They are available in the following versions: clamp, srew and flange connection.
A Complete ASME BPE Tube and Fitting Programme
The stainless steel tube programme Dockweiler BPE is complemented with the cost-effective fittings programme bpe-direct. To sum up, Dockweiler offers a complete system which fulfils all the demands of ASME BPE 2014.

Applications

Dockweiler Gaskets - Total Traceability
Total traceability is required for all components of a pharmaceutical intallation. In general, this can't be guaranteed for gaskets. Once taken out of the package, the information on supplier, material and dimensions is mostly lost.For this reason Dockweiler gaskets are laser marked.

Tuf-Flex - Increased Safety for Critical Media
Tuf-Flex gaskets combine the characteristics of EPDM with PTFE. The surface of the gasket, which comes into contact with the media, consists of PTFE. The inner core is made of EPDM. This totally bonded construction provides cleanliness, strength and a high flexibility.

Applications
Tuf-Flex was designed to meet the requirements of the biotechnological and pharmaceutical industries. They are used to generate HPW (High Purity Water), WFI (Water for Injection) and for all aseptic production processes. These gaskets thus combine the excellent anti-stick characteristics of EPDM with the high flexibility of PTFE. There is no risk of a medium contamination by pigments.

UHP Tubes and Fittings - Safety for High Purity Gases with Ultron
Ultron - electropolished, quality controlled and packed in the cleanroom - offers optimum safety for the transport of UHP gases in the semiconductor industry. The tube programme is completed by the Dockweiler fitting system (elbows, t-pieces, reducers, endcaps).

Applications
Ultron is - in regard to ultra pure gases - the product of choice for the semiconductor industry, especially for the microchip production. But it is also used in related industries such as LED, LCD or TFT.
Dockweiler has completed this tubes and fittings programme by own products, as e.g. the Dockweiler Cap, an end closure which allows future modifications and expansions in an ultra pure environment, or UHP manifolds.
Dockweiler is currently enjoying strong demand on international markets for cost-effective, electro-polished and clean-room quality products. Our solution is the quality Puretron, which is to be regarded as an extension to the existing premium quality Ultron.

Applications
The technical specifications involved are lower in this respect than the premium-quality requirements of the Ultron brand. This stems from the fact that although these pipe systems are used in a clean environment and also for the transport of gases in an ultra-pure state, they are often also employed locally in such applications as the construction of gas cabinets, where only their inner surfaces need to meet the highest purity requirements. Classic examples of such applications can often be found in the field of analysis, or in less-critical applications in the semiconductor industry.

TCC/TCC.1 is an economical stainless steel tube system with cleaned surfaces that is widely used in production, analysis and process measurement and control.

Twin Wall Tube Coax - Safety for Dangerous Media
The twin wall tube Coax is used for the transport of explosive, toxic and corrosive media. The combination of an outer safety tube and an inner process tube offers reliable protection for people and environment. The purity of the system depends on the choice of the process tube.

Applications
The twin wall tube system Coax can be used in all situations where explosive and toxic gases are transported and a pure or ultra pure surface is required. These specifications are primarily needed in the semiconductor industry. Besides the twin wall tubes, Dockweiler offers a complete fittings programme, which means that all kinds of fittings - from elbow to sleeve - can be produced in dimensions from ¼" to 1", further dimensions on request. The process tube - mostly in Ultron - defines the quality for the whole system.
The Tube for Leakproof Connections
TVSR80 with controlled hardness and its outer surface free of longitudinal and vertical scratches is a widely acknowledged tube suitable for compression type fittings.
